So, I needed some questions answered about coverages, limits, deduticbles etc., I contacted Kristine Palmer's office and after speaking to the person that answered the phone, I new I had call the right agent.. The young lady who answered the phone was very professional and helpful.. Even though Kristine was unavailable- the person who answered the phone asked all the right questions. .
